Warranty Policy
Last updated: January 2026
Every TechVault product comes with genuine manufacturer warranty. Here’s what’s covered and how to get help if something goes wrong.
01Warranty coverage
As an authorized dealer, every product we sell is covered by the official manufacturer warranty. Coverage protects against genuine manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated on the product page.
02What’s covered
- Manufacturing defects in components and assembly
- Hardware failures that occur under normal use within the warranty period
- Repair or replacement of defective parts at no cost to you
03What’s not covered
- Physical, liquid, or accidental damage
- Damage from misuse, unauthorized repair, or modification
- Normal wear and tear, and consumable parts such as batteries beyond their rated cycle
- Software issues, virus infections, and data loss
04How to claim
To make a warranty claim, bring your product and original invoice to any TechVault store, or contact our support team to arrange a pickup. We’ll inspect the device and, where the issue is covered, repair or replace it under the manufacturer’s terms.
- Keep your original invoice — it serves as proof of purchase
- Back up your data before submitting a device for service
- Ensure the warranty seal and serial number are intact
05Turnaround time
Most warranty repairs are completed within 7–21 working days, depending on parts availability and the manufacturer’s service process. We’ll keep you informed of the status throughout.
